New Oxygen Returns We are completely confident that all the products on our site are of top quality, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your goods, we will happily issue a refund or replacement if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unused / unworn and complete with original tags / packaging. Postage for returns are at your own cost.
Refunds are usually made to the credit card used to make the orginal purchase. We may on occasion issue refunds by cheque.
Please note the original postage costs are not refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty in anyway.
First, please email us with your order information (name, order date and order number) and we will provide you with a returns authorisation number. Please note, items returned without a valid return authorisation number will NOT be accepted. You must ensure that the goods are well packaged so that they are not damaged in the post. Please also be sure to request a certificate of posting from the post office (these are issued free of charge) just in case any problems should arise with your return. Please note that refunds are for the value of the product. If a delivery charge was included in the sale this will not be refunded.
Please quote the returns number inside the package with a note of whether you require a refund or exchange (and if so, which item(s) you require in exchange).
For your own protection we advise you to return any items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature. New Oxygen are not responsible for items that are not received.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will process either the exchange or the refund. In the case of a refund the credit card used for the transaction will be credited, and no other. If the purchase was made by cheque then a cheque will be returned. A cheque will also be used if the credit card used for the original purchase is no longer active. The customer will be notified of their returns status at this time by way of e-mail.
Return Of Item For Exchange
By returning clothing and shoes items for exchange, the customer is responsible for postage costs. Please email info@newoxygen.co.uk with details of the item you would like to exchange and the item you would like to exchange for.
